Carnival Inspiration is a Fantasy class cruise ship for Carnival Cruise Lines that was introduced in 1996 at a cost of $270 million.

in November, 2007 refurbishments were completed onboard the Carnival Inspiration. The enhancements made to the ship include completely redesigned interior decor, newly refurbished showlounges, bars and public spaces. All staterooms have been outfitted with the Carnival Comfort Bed system and have received upgrades in the bathroom, with porcelain sinks. In addition every stateroom has a new interior color scheme and flat screen TVs. The Lido restaurant  received a complete cosmetic renovation and new furnishings.
